New Licenses for Street Vendors in Bangkok

A new license is to be implemented for street vendors in Bangkok. The aim of the new license is to ensure that only the best vendors are allowed to sell their product on the street. A course, which ends with a test, is to be passed. Street vendors are negotiating the terms.

The new licenses will require that all street vendors participate in a two weeks course, a course which finishes with a test. If the test is not passed, the business license will be suspended. Courses will be held by @tornado, @johaness22 and @unbilletedeida
